My speaker is not waterproof. I have tried calling the help line and have been disconnected many times.

Get the swim ring because in a hot tub it can flip over without it.

Best Bluetooth speaker!

This is by far one of the best Bluetooth devices I have ever owned. The set up is easy as turning your Bluetooth on and connecting to it. For starters the sound is insane. It's much louder and than I expected which is great since it is in the middle of the pool. The lights are so much fun, you can select just about any light show you want. It is easy to charge just make sure you seal the plug as directed or water will get in it. We use it in the pool at night and just in the house when we have guests. Every single person has asked where they can get this. It's fun and most of all it is different. You can literally turn up the music, change the music and even turn it off altogether from the center of the pool thanks to the buttons on the top of the speaker. No more getting your phone wet changing the songs or turning the music up. It's a very thought out device. I love it so much!

I love this product! Excellent sound quality, satisfied with distance the bluetooth can reach, water resistant, and I love the option for a memory card and all the different light color options.

Great little speaker!

Great little speaker. Although, if water gets into the center of the speaker it muffles the sound. So I placed it on top of a float to prevent that. If water gets in it just dump the water out and it’s fine. Battery life is good and sound is great!

Great little speaker for the pool.

I use this only for the pool. Floats great but easily gets water on the speaker. Just turn it upside down and your going again. The minus and plus button change the track not volume on my iphone. So if you are to lazy to turn it down from your smartphone just put water in it. The sound is great and actually has pretty good bass response. You can get a small doughnut float to put it in which will help not get water on the speaker so easily. The light also easily shuts off to save some battery life. Truly the only downside for me was the rubber usb plug cover is kind of a pain to open. Wish they would have put some type of pull integrated into the rubber.
